February 2010 - DJ Parker

DJ came to us after being hit by a car. His human mom Ellen was at work when it happened, and it was very scary. Days after the accident DJ was still limping and painful, so Dr. Moore preformed a rehabilitation exam on him and found that his pelvis was misaligned. Dr. Moore decided the best course of treatment for poor DJ was VOM (Veterinary Orthopedic Manipulation) and healing cold laser therapy. After his first treatment we were able to rub down his back, which was unthinkable before. After a couple of months of treatment DJ's pelvis is aligned correctly again and he is back to being the happy kitty he was before the accident. Through it all DJ has been a marvelous patient, and we are all very pleased he had such a happy ending to such a scary ordeal.
